  • hot water is electric on-demand
  • south facing orientation for maximum sun exposure
  • R 70 loose fill cellulose (roof)
  • monolithic slab – super insulated with poly iso
  • envelope is air sealed to .4 ACH @ 50 pascal (below passive haus standard)
  • external double wall framing with dry dense fill, cellulose for a R45
